NŌVA / A PERSONAL APPROACH
NA familiar point of contact.
The imagined journey brings together listening, coordination and follow-up. Practical questions matter alongside personal expectations. Knowing whom to contact makes the journey easier to follow. The experience imagines an ongoing conversation in which earlier questions and upcoming steps remain easy to find.
Complementary roles.
In a real institute, medical assessment, coordination and follow-up rely on identified professionals. NŌVA is a design study: no real medical team is represented here. The project presents a clear organisation rather than fictional biographies. Each role would help make conversations clearer and the move between stages easier to understand.
Time for your questions.
To understand, reflect and return to a question: good support also means having the freedom to take your time. A new uncertainty can arise after the first conversation. Being able to raise it again, in more precise words, is part of the journey imagined for NŌVA.
